Refund policy

At TurnLab, we want you to be confident when purchasing from us. Please read the following Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your device, in line with UK consumer regulations, provided that:

- The device is returned in the same condition it was received

- The device has not been damaged, opened, or tampered with

- All original accessories (if included) are returned

- The device is not activation-locked (iCloud / Google lock must be removed)


2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your device within 14 days of delivery.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

- The device must be securely packaged

- A refund will be issued once the device has been inspected and approved


3. Faulty Devices

All devices sold by TurnLab are tested prior to dispatch.

If your device develops a fault within the 3-month TurnLab warranty period, you must contact us before returning the device.

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

- A repair

- A replacement (subject to availability)

- A refund

Return shipping instructions will be provided once the issue has been assessed.


4. Non-Returnable Issues

Returns will not be accepted for:

- Accidental damage

- Liquid damage

- Physical damage caused after delivery

- Battery degradation due to normal usage

- Software issues caused by user modifications


5. Condition Upon Return

Returned devices are inspected upon arrival.

If a returned device is:

- Damaged

- Missing parts

- Activation-locked

- Not the original device sold

TurnLab reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed fault.


7. How to Request a Return

- Your order number

- Reason for return

Do not return devices without contacting us first.
