Returns & Warranty

📦 Returns for Purchased Devices

We want you to feel fully confident when buying from TurnLab.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your device, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The device must be in the same condition as received
  • It must include any accessories originally provided
  • No new damage, signs of tampering, or unauthorised repairs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the device, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

What’s Not Covered

  • User-caused damage (cracked screen, water damage, etc.)
  • Devices altered or repaired after purchase
  • “Change of mind” returns after 14 days

All devices sold by TurnLab include a 3-month hardware warranty for any faults not caused by accidental damage.

🔷 Trade-In Returns (If You Decline a Revised Offer)

When you send us a device for trade-in, we complete a 30-point diagnostic check to verify its condition.

If the device doesn’t match the condition selected during checkout (e.g., hidden damage, faulty components, activation lock, etc.), we will send you a revised offer.

If You Do Not Accept the Revised Offer

You have two options:

  1. Accept the new offer and get paid the same day
  2. Decline the offer, and we will return your device to you

Return Shipping

Return shipping for declined offers is paid by the customer.

You will receive a tracked shipping label, and the device will be sent back within 2–3 business days.

🔷 Lost or Damaged Returns

If a returned device arrives with damage not previously reported, or arrives missing parts, we may adjust or reject the return.

If the courier loses a package sent with our prepaid label, it will be covered by the courier’s compensation policy.
